Cancellation policy

At Mintas Studio, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below:
 
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@mintasstudio.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Refunds: If your order is eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.


2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to:
• Refuse delivery at the time of arrival, or
• Accept delivery and then request a return (if the product qualifies under our Return Policy)

• No cancellations are allowed for:Custom furniture pieces
• Personalized or made-to-order items
• These orders are crafted specifically for you and cannot be resold, so we kindly request your understanding.

• Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
